TCTLE (pronounced “tac•tile”) makes space and creates opportunities for women of color creators to profit from their craft. We specialize in supporting those interested in marketing, branding, and advertising.

who this is for

While our goal is to help many more, currently the bulk of our resources best serve individuals based, or currently seeking employment in the United States (or NYC Metropolitan Area, if you want to utilize the recruiter referral service). You should have practiced one or more of the following professions, whether as an in-house creative or as a contractor: 

  • Graphic Design

  • Product Design

  • Copywriting

  • Photography

  • Production Design/ Retouching

  • Styling (on-figure, prop, & stills)

  • A quarterly peer-matchmaking program meant to remove the awkwardness from networking.

Trying to earn as a creative can be challenging, and sometimes it feels lonely doing it as a woman of color. There are so many of us though, so let’s all get together and help each other win.
