TCTLE (pronounced “tac•tile”) is a place for women of color creators to find support while trying to navigate spaces not built for them.

Our Purpose

We create space and provide opportunities for women of color (WOC) creators to profit from their craft. We currently support individuals interested in marketing, branding, and advertising. Our goal is to help close the gap in paid opportunities for WOC.

While our goal is to help many more, currently the bulk of our resources best serve individuals based, or currently seeking employment in the United States. You should have practiced one or more of the following professions, whether as an in-house creative or as a contractor: 

  • Graphic Design

  • Product Design

  • Copywriting

  • Photography

  • Production Design/ Retouching

  • Styling (on-figure, prop, & stills)

what we value

  • We’re straight-shooters, but are kind and respectful. Clear communication is imperative and one doesn’t have to be a d*ck about it. We don’t promote anything we wouldn’t recommend to our favorite co-worker.

  • We believe in the network laterally method. Yes, we have paid offers, but we also share a lot of what we know for free. Exchanging information and insight is how we grow.

  • While we have some superficial commonalities, we recognize that not all experiences are the same and will share POVs that consider existences outside of our own.
